New Furama - Chicago

I attended a wedding at this venue and had a wonderful experience along with delicious food. However, the service was lacking. I’ve also been here for dim sum, which was quite good, but the service remained just average.

This is one of the few restaurants where you can park for free, and the food is fantastic. The service is impressive, even when the place is crowded. You can see that the staff is working hard to keep up with the demands of the customers. I overheard one of the people at the front desk say, "I'm swamped with so many people." They are doing a great job!

This restaurant is an excellent choice for families. I've been visiting for 20 years, and the food has consistently been outstanding. The service has always been friendly and attentive. Today, they went above and beyond to accommodate us; we had four generations of family gathered together, and they allowed us to eat, chat, and relax for hours without any rush. I truly felt welcomed throughout our time there. The food was fantastic—we enjoyed sesame chicken, sweet and sour shrimp, beef and broccoli, among other dishes. It was a wonderful meal and a lovely afternoon/evening overall.
