Panera Bread - Chicago

My Napa chicken salad sandwich was great, but my husband's Asian salad was sad...not even half the container filled though we ordered a whole, and just not much in it. As convenient as this site is, it's not comparable to a real Panera restaurant.

Placed an order for pickup from this location for 12:45p. I received an emailAt 12:38p stating my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived my order was not ready. 7 minutes after I arrived and am waiting for my order I received a text starting my order was not ready to be picked up yet. After waiting a bit I was then told someone else must have come in and picked up the food and I can request a refund through Panera if I want... WHY IS THIS EVEN possible? I am not sure why they are letting anyone off the street come in and pick up other peoples orders that are already paid for. Totally unacceptable. I was also giving a hard time when I told them to just re-make it for me and they told me that don't do that....Don’t recommend picking up food from here. This pick-up system is broken and flawed

I ordered from Grubhub and nothing that I ordered came the put my receipt on top of somebody else’s order and send me their order I tried calling the restaurant but they do not answer their phone

The clerk was very helpful with placing my order.it was my first time to the store for pick up orders.

I ordered my food through the Panera App this evening. And when I received my food my order was missing drink and my French baguette wasn’t even toasted. I will no longer order from this location. The employee did tell me that I would be reimbursed for my missing drink however I’m still upset about that because I don’t order from Panera that often. And it was something I was craving so it’s upsetting that it was not up to par like I’m used to all Panera locations being.
