Paterno's Pizza - Chicago

I had a slice of pizza that was quite delicious, and I enjoyed a beer as well. The bartender provided good service. The atmosphere was pleasant, making it easy to take in my surroundings.

This is a classic neighborhood restaurant. They don't try to be anything they're not. It offers exactly what you would expect, and that's what makes it fantastic. I'm really happy to have it in my community!

They continue to impress with their food. I've returned several times since my initial review. Originally, I described it as a bar, and it is, but the food here is truly exceptional. Everything I've tried has been fantastic. If you haven’t already, make sure to try the Incredible Beef—you won’t regret it. I’ve also had the spaghetti, and the homemade sauce is delicious. The interior isn’t fancy, but don’t let that fool you; the food is top-notch. I often see families dining here. Recently, I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak, and it was excellent. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
