Pizza Nova - Chicago

When I arrived, the woman at the front was rude and unprofessional. She insisted that it was stated on the receipt that we needed to return the food for an exchange, even though the mistake was on their part. The receipt clearly mentioned returning untouched food, and when I explained that my son had eaten a few pieces, she still insisted we hand it over. This experience has left a bad impression, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

The staff was rude, the pizza was undercooked, and the fries were dry and tasted like cardboard. The restaurant was dirty and had a musty smell. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely not! Did I mention that the staff were rude and probably single? They should be embarrassed, as they could never compare to the service at 18th St. Pizza Nova in front of Harrison Park. More like PIZZA NO WAY!

I should have taken legal action against this restaurant for getting my order wrong. I have a meat allergy, and I was shocked by their incompetence. If I could, I would close down this so-called pizza place. Additionally, the service was terrible, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment was unacceptable.

Gross, it wasn't good the customer service was bad they couldn't comprehend what I was saying this is why they work here….

Food is decent but front desk staff is extremely rude. You try to speak and say hello and they ignore you. Kind of racist place if you ask
