I ordered a 2-piece combo with a side of potatoes and a lemonade, but they gave me a large side of potatoes and a lemonade instead. The drive-thru is frequently out of service and they've never had any ice available. The chicken is stale, and the staff doesn't even seem to check for any mistakes. They just hand you whatever without verifying your order.
If you're looking to be ignored, this is the place for you. I placed my order but was overlooked while several customers who arrived after me were attended to. The lobby was also extremely hot without any air conditioning. Perhaps it was due to the fact that I didn't speak the staff's language.
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. There were no napkins, no milk, no straws, and no change provided. The service was slow, with nothing ready in advance, and it took 45 minutes for my order to arrive. Overall, there seemed to be a lack of management and preparation.
I've visited this Popeyes seven times now, and each time has been a disappointment. The drive-thru is often closed, the floor is slippery, and the wait times are absurd. I placed an online order at 3:34, and as of now, 4:41, I’m still waiting for my food. This isn’t just a one-time issue—every visit has been the same. Dear Popeyes, this location really needs new management.
The restaurant was extremely crowded, with unhappy patrons everywhere, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working. It was sweltering at 95°F inside, and there was nowhere to sit. Approximately nine teenage employees were behind the counter, seemingly overwhelmed and ignoring customers as they worked in the heat without any air conditioning. There was no hand sanitizer available to use, and there were no napkins at all. The doors were completely shut. After waiting another 30 minutes with no updates on when my chicken would finally be ready, I ended up leaving feeling hungry and frustrated. I had to go down the street for a quick taco just to satisfy my hunger. Management needs to step up and improve the situation. I will not be returning.
