Contribuisci feedbackI have a preference for savory bakery instead of sweet, so I offered the 3 during the first bakery and I was blown away. my favorite was the mortadella gruyere croissant. it was tasty and moist with salty and fat balance from meat and cheese. I really liked the crispy cheese chip that makes a by-product of it during the back process. kudos to the baked cook for these great tasty!
The gruyère croissant, wurstei cheddar chive danish, and vegan chocolate pecan bananenbrot. there was a ~15 minute line on Sunday morning would advise to show up sooner rather than later
I have the buttermilk biscuit and I'm pretty sure it's the best biscuit I've ever eaten. I wish I could try anything because everything looked so good.
A love letter to mindy? this bakery doesn't need a hype? the line is always out of the door and around the corner, but there is a special magic here that I cannot help but skip. eating is absolutely unmatched in every sight. I have a hard time less and less than a baker tasty every time I am here, but the thing that is not immediately seen about mindy is the friendly and generous team that she has in the load. the place is literally never busy and all the people who work there are always totally stress-free and so friendly. Mindy?s, you're the best of dreaming.
Delish! We went for the afternoon bake at 12:35ish, some things were ready and some were still coming out of the oven. Mindy was there and serving customers which was so fun. I?m so glad the new location is open and ready!
