Pork Mindy's - Chicago

I had this in the Loop locationGot the "Bao to the pork" I think.

I had been meaning to check out Pork & Mindy's for what feels like a couple of years when I finally did a couple of days ago when I stumbled upon it.

I have a preference for savory bakery instead of sweet, so I offered the 3 during the first bakery and I was blown away. my favorite was the mortadella gruyere croissant. it was tasty and moist with salty and fat balance from meat and cheese. I really liked the crispy cheese chip that makes a by-product of it during the back process. kudos to the baked cook for these great tasty!

The gruyère croissant, wurstei cheddar chive danish, and vegan chocolate pecan bananenbrot. there was a ~15 minute line on Sunday morning would advise to show up sooner rather than later

I have the buttermilk biscuit and I'm pretty sure it's the best biscuit I've ever eaten. I wish I could try anything because everything looked so good.
