Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Chicago

This is one of my favorite Potbelly locations. They handle the lunchtime rush so efficiently that I don't have to waste my break waiting in line. The staff is incredibly friendly too. I always order the Mediterranean sandwich without cheese, and it's consistently delicious. On certain weekdays, they have live music from 12 to 2, which adds a fun, local vibe despite being a chain. Plus, the chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are absolutely divine.

Their salads and sandwiches are fresh and delicious. This location gets really busy for lunch but line moves really quick. The service is great and the people are nice. Finish off your meal with their delicious cookies.

I had an incredible experience at Potbelly! The chicken salad was fantastic, and the pot pie soup was amazing—definitely a must-try. The staff was wonderful and extremely friendly, and I was impressed by how clean the floors and tables were. I'm new to Potbelly, and I can't believe it took me so long to give it a try; now I'm completely hooked! Highly recommended!

The sandwiches are excellent and the service is fantastic. However, the bathroom situation is quite inconvenient for customers. It can be amusing to watch people trying to access the restroom without going to the cashier for a key. It’s a bit absurd, but I suppose that's just how things are in Chicago.
