Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Chicago

I placed my order online and arrived a bit earlier than expected. Fortunately, there was no line, and they were able to prepare my order promptly. The bread was warm, but not quite as hot as I would have preferred.

I would rate this place 4.5 stars. The staff was very friendly. While the cleanup of the tables could have been a bit better, it was clear that they were busy with a lot of online orders in addition to dine-in customers like us. Everyone was working hard, and there was no one just standing around.

Charming restaurant situated in the heart of Lincoln Square. It's conveniently located near shops, bars, entertainment, and public transportation. They serve delicious comfort food, and I especially enjoy their soups! I often opt for a soup and sandwich combo. The interior has a pleasant pub-like vibe, and there's a lovely small patio outside for dining al fresco.
