Santa Baby - Chicago

We can't wait to come back next year! Everything we had was fantastic. The drinks were delightful, and the Mrs. Claus shake was to die for! I don't even want to think about how many calories were in it! The decorations were unbelievable! If you're a Christmas lover like me, you'll adore the Santa Baby bar!

Service was really bad, food wasn’t fresh! They wouldn’t even try to make accommodations even though everything was very pricey! Could’ve been better.

Worst birthday experience ever! I wish I’d never booked a reservation and just continued to admire from afar.

At 9:25, the waitress returned to tell us that the last call for everything was at 9:45, even though the restaurant closed at 11. This left us with hardly any time for a drink, which felt quite disappointing. We were frustrated, feeling as though our evening plans had been cut short. It would have been more considerate if the hostess had informed us of any changes when we arrived. Additionally, the waitress was quite rude when we addressed our concerns; she was neither courteous nor friendly. I understand that staff may want to wrap up for the night when things are slow, but we felt poorly treated during our visit.

We had a wonderful experience that my family thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be returning!
