About DoorDash ordered. The order came up fast, and on Thanksgiving. Kudos for it. The pizza wasn't the worst I ever had, not the best. It'll do in a pinch. A coke and a diet coke. We received 2 diets of pepsi. Not the end of the world. Just order a pizza cheese and have cheese and pepperoni. I have all pepperoni. We picked this up for the kids.

Awful time management! I ordered pizza online, and they said it would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. However, more than an hour after placing the order, I called to check on it and was told the order was still being prepared. After waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes, I called again, and they said it would be delivered in another 10 minutes. Two hours? They really should communicate better with customers. If there are delays like this, they should reach out to inform customers that they might have to wait two hours. At the very least, they could offer a discount or something for the inconvenience. I ended up having to cancel my order.

Fast service. bff and I thought we were on our way home and was the best last minute stop. Food and staff were great.

Again and again I give these guys a chance to regain and again I am DISAPPOINTED!!! This place is probably one of the worst personalized restaurants. There is never a manager to talk at night and the people who answer the phones are rude and not very knowledgeable about the menu. I also called a restaurant where they don't answer their phone, no matter how late you call. Tonight, for example, I chose her number 4 times and not even answered. I've never ordered from a restaurant where my food was never delivered until I ordered from here. I don't know who owns this restaurant, but they need to understand that those responsible are hurting their business by not taking care of the business. All I can say is the food really good if u treat with the lack of Luster staff who work there.

The food is fantastic. Unfortunately, if you choose delivery, you might be disappointed. We've ordered from here four times, and each time, they have either lost our order, failed to make it, or rushed it out late. The person on the phone always gives us the same excuse, saying they just started or that they're trying their best. It's not uncommon for us to wait *HOURS* for our food when ordering through Grubhub.
