Ordered through Uber eats, ropa vieja, sweet plantains, and congri x 2. Dropped off with no ropa vieja at all, dry tostones (no sweet plantains) for either of our orders, Tried calling the restaurant and put on hold for several minutes, then just forgotten. Tried calling back and no answer. Never again, and will post on Uber also. Too many restaurants in chicago for bad service.

There were three or four servers present, yet none of them checked in on us to see how everything was or if we needed anything. To the staff: how much more time do you need to spend chatting with each other? With just two customers at the table, it shouldn't be difficult to follow up occasionally. We had to ask for basic items like silverware, which should be a given. It was frustrating that the servers only approached us when we stood up to make our requests, like asking for silverware or plates that were forgotten. Even when we finished our meal, they seemed more focused on bringing the check than on ensuring we had everything we needed. What if we wanted dessert or coffee? An opportunity for upselling was missed. This establishment could greatly benefit from more training in hospitality and customer service. No matter how good the food is, without attentive service, customers are unlikely to return. Service is crucial to repeat business, and while the food is fantastic, it's essential to also improve the service. I visited the Fullerton location and hope to see improvements in the future!

The food is absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend it! The Cuban sandwich is fantastic, and the coffee is excellent quality—truly delightful.

The worst trocitos de Carne frita and yuca Thursday special! Yuca was sat in water too long there for what I got was water down yuca no vinegar hospital food just 3 onions. The meat was under cooked dangerous for pork to be left uncooked. The service was ridiculous with the dark hair lady looked miserable ? rolling her eyes at me when asked if I can see the size of coffee cups!! BTW water down cafe con leche... I still left her a tip felt bad for her... this was food to go! No wonder place is always empty.. Come on put some Sabor in the food !!
