The Cajun Connoisseur Food Truck And Catering

The food from their food truck is amazing! I tried the jambalaya, crab balls, and the fried lobster and crab Po'boy, and everything was delicious. The staff on the food truck are super friendly too. I highly recommend everyone track down this food truck and give it a try!

I visited The Cajun Connoisseur for the first time Wednesday night and I fell in love! My date and I got the cajun shrimp grits and we both were beyond satisfied with our meal! The food was delicious and you an just tell that it was made with all thelove and care in the world. The service was also beyond high-quality it was cozy and welcoming. We were welcomed and thankedfor choosing to eat there, we were checked on just enough times to know we were being taken care off, and on our way out we weretold to have a great night and to come back soon! I most certainly will be back! 5-stars isn 't enough to properly rate The CajunConnoisseur!

While the customer service is outstanding, it seems I may have visited on an off day. Unfortunately, my meal was lacking in flavor. I ordered the jambalaya, but the sausage and shrimp were overcooked and seemed like they had been reheated. Additionally, the rice didn't pair well with the unusual taste of the chicken. Although I might explore other dishes from this restaurant in the future, I wouldn’t choose this one again.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owners of Cajun Connoisseur, and they are not just a wonderful couple but also serve incredible food. On Wednesday, July 13, 2022, I ordered shrimp and grits from their food truck. I didn't eat it right away, deciding to warm it up at home, expecting the grits to be dry and lumpy. To my surprise, the grits were incredibly creamy and delicious. The portion was so generous that I couldn’t finish it all. I reheated it again on Thursday and Friday, and I just finished the last of it today. Three days later, the shrimp and grits tasted just as fantastic as they did on the first day. Treat yourself to a flavorful experience and visit Cajun Connoisseur!

I will never return to this place. All the drivers seem to be tracked by the app.
