Wendy's - Chicago

I feel like it doesn’t get more Chicago than trying to get food at the drive thru that you sat in for 7 minutes waiting to order from and the workers (who think they deserve more than minimum wage) literally ignoring you and all other people in line so all the cars leave. We left and saw them all standing around doing nothing.

Ordered lettuce as a bun …. I only got this one little piece of lettuce.

Don’t even waste your time. Food quality just trash

5 Croutons out of 5. I had the most delicious salad there. Criminally underrated. Service was impeccable the guy who took our order was down for the bit and was mad courteous. Peace and love to this Wendy’s and the staff.

My experience here is always the same. they are always out of something. I understand that this is a problem that management has to solve. the service is slow, but they get my order right. this place can improve and be really good, as it is the only wendys around it.
