White Castle Chicago E 79th Street

I spent over 50 and was missing 60% of my order then the boy girl had and attitude because half my order missing if they cant keep up with the grove and mess up orders get rid of them because customers service is every thing very disappointed they need a manager that will stand on business not being they friend very poor management

I have been coming to this White castles on and off for 30 something years and the last time I came I pledged to never eat White castles again because it tasted horrible. Then I was out in LaGrange last night, and for some reason I decided to try it again it was eye-closing delicious and it just made me mad when I thought about the quality I received at 79th and South Chicago. Whst a travesty!

Everytime I go to this white castle they NEVER have food ready. I always have to wait a unreasonable amount of time to get my order. Early morning or evening. They need to fix that.

This place is decent overall, only major gripe is that the lobby is closed seemingly at random and the staff is too lazy to put up signs.

Food is usually good here. Also they take a bit long on drive through orders inside I don't know never had it for here. But to go at the window today it's been 25 min already charged me and everything then they come back and tell me what was your order again? Like really? Wow!! Don't know what's up today but I will probably spend 35-40 min waiting at the window for my food because they said they will start making my food after 25min wait that is crazy!!!!
