Always a warm welcome here. Professional barristers and delicious coffee treats! Thank you. Always relaxed atmosphere and upstairs window tables have a lovely view of the Cathedral and Bell Tower.

Small man with dark and grey hair and glasses is rude and needs the sack! Tall man with glasses 10/10 customer service maybe the small know it all should take some advice from him, honestly made my blood boil the way his attuitude is and how he spoke to myself and other customers Costa should be ashamed to have an employee like that! Good riddance to the man won’t be returning!

Friendly staff, efficient with clean tables. Nice view of the world outside. Enjoyed my skinny Cap with a bakewell slice. Free wi fi. Charged me up for the day. Good range of coffees and cakes. Enjoy

After travelling all over Europe this Costa Probably serves one of the best coffees we have had in the UK. Well done to the staff.

I have mixed reviews about this specific Costa, I have been in there a few times and most times have had a good experience but there have been a few times where I have been in and experienced serious rudeness. Always the same specific man who is loud, is far from polite and I wouldn’t dare ask a question otherwise I’d be given a sour face and a very impolite reaction
