Billy Sims Bbq - Chickasha

The food was delicious. Joe at the Chickasha location needs recognition and a raise. My biggest pet peeve is when the cook or servers wear gloves to handle food, turn and touch everything, then back to food without changing gloves. In the time it took Joe to prepare our food and get things from the back, he changed gloves three times. I will go back to eat just because of Joe.

This is one of many times we have gone to this Chickasha location to get dinner after work, between 7 and 8pm. According the Google hours of operation are until 8pm, the door states they are open until 8:30pm but "winter hours are until 8pm, it 's May 10th, it most definitely is not winter but I digress. Like the other times, it was not 8pm yet and this location was already closed. Does anyone have any info on if they are only open a few hours a day now or possibly going out of business?

I just placed an order and called back to tell them they missed half the order and they hung up on me and won't answer the phone. All that food was for my kids too. Very disappointing, terrible customer service and would never order here.

The brisket is the best. I also really like the baked potato salad. I love the hot BBQ sauce.
