Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Chickasha

I ordered one smoothie and I was the only one in line in the drive thru at the time. I think they were busy inside, but when I ordered they said nothing about an extended wait time. So I ordered thinking it would be no more than a 5 minute wait. No one came to tell me something like hey, we 're kind of backed up and it 's gonna be a few minutes or nothing... I ended up calling them from the car after waiting 20 minutes to ask how much longer. If they are busy, it would be nice for them to tell the person when they are ordering that it 's gonna be a longer wait. People have places to be and aren 't able to wait 20 minutes for 1 smoothie... Communication is key. Please keep customers.updated if they are running behind...

We have always had good service through the drive through. Today 3 cars were before us, went quickly. Took 10 minutes for us with no explanation. Waited n waited...and waited...at least apologize.takes our payment and for 10 minutes we saw NO ONEtakes our payment

Placed my lunch order online for a quick pick up . I placed the order at 1:03pm and it said online it'd be ready by 1:13pm it's, currently 1:30pm I've been in line for 15 mins and they're just now making it after they tried to give me the wrong order.Edit: finally got my food at 1:35pm arrived back at work to scarf it down since I waited nearly my entire break for my food and my order is wrong .....not sure what has happened to this location but this is the third time I've waited 10mins or longer in the drive thru. I won't be back

I don’t want to blame this location. I want to leave a bad review for Topical Smoothie the franchise. Must be the worst franchise in America. Terrible service, long wait times, bad experiences. Oh yeah, and this location especially sucks. Give your money to someone else. Waiting 30 minutes and almost to the window

If I could give negative stars I would! We came here 5 times 2 weeks ago when playing ball in Chickasha and couldn't come in the restaurant.. had a sign saying understaffed... fine no worries l, we went thru drive thru every time. This weekend we are playing ball again and sign is gone and we are in tall van so can't go thru drive thru and thru refused us and said they can't serve large parties! There were 6 of us! So all the suburbans in the drive thru that had more passengers got food and service and the 6 of us that just wanted something to go got refused. We will never be back and I'll do my best to let others know to find a different option! The laziness is crazy!
