Jack In The Box - Chico

I am not happy with this Jack in the Box restaurant because a girl with black hair and a chin spat in my food.

Recently, I visited the restaurant and waited 30 minutes for my food. When it finally arrived, some items were missing.

Get hamburger patties for your pup at a cheaper price than a sandwich. My furry friend absolutely adores them!

Got there at 9:13 was the only lobby order 35 minutes later I got my food and half of it was cold the worst service I've had here... Wish Jeremy had been working I would of got my food quick and hot. The night manager stands around a lot. Obviously theyneed more workers to make up for his slacking.

The restaurant is often understaffed and I have found eggshells in my breakfast sandwiches on a couple of occasions, which significantly affected my experience. Despite these issues, I am giving it 4 stars because the staff deserves recognition. The franchise may be struggling, but it is still better than other alternatives.
