La Familia Mexican - Chico

One of my favorite restaurants to go to the Chico region, as their food never disappoints. From their selection of dishes like California Fries to the Deluxe Super Burrito everything is really good. I love Mexican food and is a place you need to try if you ever go to Chico. The mood is very friendly and free flowing too, so it is not so lovely. It can also be a place for several occasions to bring family or friends. The best Burritos in the city, in my opinion!

Had a great dinner tonight at this place. Joe was a great worker who helped us select from the menu and he was very enthusiastic. The food was really great! I had Tacos with Carnitas and they were the best. The beans served with rice were just too good! Anyway, to visit again soon.

Appropriately expensive, super authentic, incredibly fast, ridiculously beautiful, absolutely delicious. All meat choices have different flavor and texture profiles, so you can get the same dish in a variety of ways if you normally get Carne Asada on your Burrito and just don't feel it on that day The beans, rice, meat and everything is perfectly seasoned and all the compliments are very beautiful. There are spices, but it has a reasonable range of heat that fulfills the variety of heat tolerances people have. And the salsa, especially the red spicy salsa that is my favorite, is some of the best homemade salsa that I had from everywhere, restaurant or house chefs. They have it in pico de gallo style for mild, and a smooth mix for spicy. Salsa is the bright star that solidifies this restaurant as one of the best Mexican joints I have eaten over time. 11/10, 5/7, 20/20, 3 thumbs above, and a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. If you like authentic Mexican food and live in Chico, do yourself a service to not try this restaurant at least once.

This is my favorite Mexican cuisine in Chico for more than twenty years. The food is delicious and the owners take part in local schools and events: they really feel like a part of the community

Amazing mexican food! The staff are extremely friendly and kind. The food tasted fresh, well cooked, with great flavors. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good Mexican food!!
