Really good pizza for the price way better than some other chains

I called in advance to order and when I showed up half an hour later the order was not ready. The lobby was not clean and I slipped and almost fell in a puddle of water on the floor. After I alerted the cashier that there was water on the floor it was not tended to during the time I was there. There were clearly enough employees on clock to have the hazard tended. The cashier was abrupt and unpleasant. And only one of the three pizzas I ordered was fresh. I also realised when I got home I had paid for dips for the crazy bread and I didn't have it more did I have the marinara it comes with. Overall it was not what I had come to expect from this location. I was less than impressed.
