Mama Deluca's Powered By Subway - Chico

My visit to Mama DeLuca's was a major letdown. The ambiance was lacking, and the service was subpar. The food was overpriced and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience.

Crystal made my sandwich, although she kept touching her hat as she made my sandwich, also I gave her 16.00 for a footlong sandwich didn't give me my dollar back on top 0f the 2.37 she gave to me, thief, I didn't say nothing left with my sandwich probably won't do business there again??

I might be biased cause I work here, but I love the food.the pizzas are good the pastas are great, and the cookies taste awesome! Its located in the subway on nord!

Horrible worst experience of my life. It took her 15 mins to make our sandwich. put on something I didn’t even ask for. And took her gloves off to wrap it. The wrap was horrible my sandwich was hanging out both sides. Then charged us 25 dollars for two build your own sub. I would put 0/5 if I could.

Food was good but forgot my garlic dipping sauce for the breadsticks. And if you request the extra topping for the breakfast pizza don't bother putting in the notes because they won't respond to it. Otherwise will definitely order again.
