Mountain Mike's Pizza - Chico

Especially my family and I have LOVED-Gebirge Pizza for years! The one star, is strict for customer service and management. My family and I ordered a big pizza in the other night, and it took almost 2 hours to deliver. We called within the two hours and checked, they said they were almost there, and we were afraid it would be cold when it came. You said we should call her if that was the case and she? d offer a refund or revival. Deep and see, as soon as the pizza was here it was cold. The gentlemen who delivered our pizza were very nice and had a great customer service and apologized for waiting. When we realized that our pizza was cold, we called her how they told us, and another man we talked to, the manager? was awfully rude to my family. He was very short and flippant and said: So we just don't give free pizzas?. This man assumed we were just looking for a bunch of lousy customers to get a free meal if not in all cases. We asked quietly about his name so that we knew who we were talking to and he refused to give it to us. When we quietly tried to find out a middle ground, he talked about us and was frustrated, and when we said? Can't you talk about me, he said? I don't have time for it and hanged on us. I almost think that this guy isn't really the manager, and that he might have been a long-term employee that the managers ?trusted? because we could really believe how he was acting. However, he offered to send us another pizza, but because we had waited two hours, we had to run a funeral to get meds for my father who, by the way, has stage IV cancer, because we were going to HAD. Maybe we would? ve told him if he had given us a chance and not hanged on us. Unfortunately, because of the management, we will not eat there anymore. We are not the kind of family that is entitled, as some of us work in the food service. So please believe and trust what our experience was like the other night.

Absolutely the best overall service, pizza and salad delivered to my house in the last 2 years! EXTREMELY AWESOME employees and delivery drivers!! So I wish I had tipped more than I was because they were SO WORTH IT!! Thank you for doing it!! In my opinion, you are currently the best service and high quality pizza in Chico!! Right, ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER?

10/7/22 4:40 The van swore before me to pass a car before them. I had to hit my brakes. Unsafe dangerous driving. I wanted to complain. Do you have any thanks? Inconspicuous service and treatment.

This facility is similar to most Mountain Mikes, but with a great unique difference, it has allowed the non-profit that I voluntarily meet here at no cost. This is important for a small NP like us. We are grateful for the room, but it does not hurt that I am a big fan of the legendary Mountain Mike's Pepperonis!

Excellent service and great food. Delivery driver was exceptional and the pizza was so hot, we had to let it cool down before we ate it.
