We had the sausages as an appetizer but it defiantly can be an entree. For main We hade fish and chips and half a chicken and vot were as affected. Chicken has more oil that needed. We had one of the IPA that was very good.
What an amazing place. We did the 90 minute tour with Rob. He was so knowledgeable and funny. He knows beer and the Sierra Nevada history and their variety of beers. He focused on the Beer making process but kept us safe as we walked through the various stages of brewing. Followed our tour with some beer samples and a nice dinner at the restaurant. It was so much more than I expected.
Food was good and of course the beer was great, the server was not so great. It was busy and I understand that but it doesn’t mean you have to be rude.
We stopped for dinner during our recent visit to Chico. The dining room is bright and airy with cool copper duct work and an awesome bar back. The the real treat is some of the best food we have tasted in a brew pub. My wife had the salmon special and I had maybe my favorite salad ever,..the Elote Salad with grilled chicken. Man, every bite was delightful. Our waitress Rachel was friendly and efficient. Well done Sierra Nevada.
Breweries tend to have good restaurants as far as my experience. The restaurant is very nice with a good selection on the menu. Not a full bar but a wide selection of beers.
