Tacos El Paisa - Chico

From all the super Burritos I tried in Chico, this is just the best. They do NOT the whole “mainly rice/bean with a little meat”. No. All ingredients are mixed. And the price is what you expect to pay for a burrito. I love the owners and the food they create. Mention making it hot if you like some heat.

Tacos El Paisa is right on the block from where I live. I eat in other Mexican restaurants, but NIE on Tuesday. This day is reserved for DIESER trucks! $1 Tacos can be found anywhere in town, but some of the best are here. Every other day they cost $1.25, which are even cheaper than other trucks/restaurants, but the taste cannot be better. Piled high with juicy meat, cilantro and onions (other options can be added for extra) these tacos are exquisite. The chicken and barbacoa are formed, and they are heavenly, but do not exclude beef and pork. They're all delicious. Like the standard, this truck serves all the necessary dishes... Burritos, Tortas, Nachos, etc... but come for the Tacos FIRST, try the other options on other days. They won't be disappointed. Update... from 4/7/22 I had the Tortas, the Nachos Supreme and the Veggie Burrito. I updated this truck to the best in Chico and gave it the last star. No other truck is better for your ass.

The people who run this place are so friendly. This is my favorite place to get a fast cheap meal when I cook too tired. My favourite is the queen with chicken with the extra spicy salsa. 10/10 would be coming back

One of the biggest burritos I've ever eaten. It is the largest bang for your Buck taste and fill wisely. I have eaten many burritos from all over California, but this one up here as Burrito, who does not need Sauca or Guac to make it possible. It is a complete experience from beginning to end.

Really good!! I had the chicken, yum... And tasted the pork, yum!! So good!
