The potential of the pour house is amazing, but. straight to the point? pour house, it was a Wednesday night and your restaurant was empty and you could still not deliver on so many flats. I wanted to give three stars, but it's about eating right? the personal was as if they were so secured due to the haste that they were not able to provide proper service. Come on, you had a lot of personal and missed the brand. we sat at the bar and ordered drinks and eat. After a long waiting period our food came out cold. like lonely winter nights in chicago cold. when the bar writes our order, he did it without writing it. it looked good, but when the job comes back completely wrong and cold, what is the point? I really don't want to hit a dead horse, but this place was missing so many flats, it's pointless to continue. end result? it doesn't matter if they have a 20-foot TV when eating sub par is and the service is worse than eating. I know there are good reviews, heat to a meal this will do. it was such a nice place with potential, what happened!?
Finally, it was about this operation yesterday to visit my wife, especially for happy hour. I mean, how can you go wrong with 1/2 drinks and appetizers for which we went. the seat was immediately, and as soon as we put our order, it was a question of minutes before our appetizers arrived. we ordered (picture left to right), the carnitas pork tacos, rolled chicken tacos, garlauch fries, and the ahi poke mini tostadas. each dish was hot and fresh, with taking the poke, and stacked with fresh ingredients. the accompanied sauces (sweet and smoky salsa for the tacos...pineapple salsa for the ahi poke) were also very delicious and fresh. many, and I mean hesitation, fresh garlic was stacked on the frits, adding a sharp contrast to the tastes of our other dishes. we both sang the textur of the ahi that is just melted in our mouth, and the pork tacos that had so much flesh that you could not pick it up to eat it. the rolled tacos were simple, but the salsa was on it. more than enough food for 2 people, but we have tried one more dessert that proved to be the lemon celestial cake. I turned out to be just that. graham cracker crust, lemon cake, celestial spread, cream cheese icing, lemon chocolate shave, whipped cream, and a strawberry disc. it looked in order, tasted ok, but it wasn't a real cheesecake according to any standard. I mentioned it to the server and manager (both very friendly and understanding) and was compiled for this with an apology (which we did not need or wanted). an overall great experience, one we go back to have a bigger meal. in the restaurant it is novice than outside. we sit on the terrace for a quieter experience and fresh air.
Excellent atmosphere, you can watch every game that is playing and sit outdoors with the toasty heaters and fire places. Great choice is drinks and food is always good.
Good, but pricy. Great waitress and anticipated our needs. The kids enjoyed it and it was relaxing. Small portions, a little stingy on the fries if you ask me. Treat yourself to some dessert at the cookie crumble next door.
