Restaurante El Veneno - Chignahuapan

Features well prepared and delicious Mexican dishes. We are located close to the center square. The Enchiladas are hot! Prices are moderate to low. Serve's okay. There are actually 2 Veneno restaurants near Chignahuapan city centre. The restaurant was almost empty, both times we were there. I don't care.

The food was bad, cold and the service was terrible. Not expensive, but I'd rather pay more and have a good meal. Search for other places to eat, where you can have a good traditional meal.

They have an excellent and very cheap daily menu plus plenty of traditional Mexican food from the menu. We arrived close to closing time and they only had a few items from the daily menu left but were willing to prepare us delicious vegetarian chilaquiles since a they had left was meat. Excellent service and good food.
