Las Palmas Taco Shop - Childersburg

If you haven't tried Restaurante Los Poblanos in Childersburg because they don't serve alcohol, you're really missing out! Dinner tonight cost me LESS THAN $30. I had the Texas combo fajitas, a large salsa with a medium cheese dip combo, plus extra lime and cilantro. The flavor, portion size, and overall value are UNBEATABLE. It's definitely a winner in every way!

This charming little spot feels more like a cozy gathering at a friend's home than a traditional restaurant. The staff is exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout our visit. The menu is impressive, featuring a variety of popular dishes, along with a buffet option. I ordered the lunch Taco Salad, and the taco shells were among the sweetest and most delicious I've ever had. My partner tried the steak fajitas and was just as pleased. As a local, I will certainly be returning!

This is by far the best Mexican restaurant in Alabama. I've never loved a place as much as I love Las Poblanas. The staff is wonderful—professional, efficient, and friendly. The food never stays on my plate for long, and they're always quick to refill without me having to ask. You all are fantastic!

Customer service was nice! Food was nice that I was just looking for more a Mexican mood with the food. Like black beans etc. on my Quesadilla. Otherwise It is a nice place to sit and eat with the family

I love the buffet because everything you get from there is always hot and fresh. The salad bar with all fresh fruits and vegetables is one of my favorite parts. You have a good customer service, always so polite. As today, when her card machine was downstairs, we go so often there that they told us we could just pay next time. But we just went to the breath to get the money, plus tip! We love eating here and will definitely be here every week.
