Swiss Chalet - Chilliwack

Chicken was very moist, tried the red velvet cake. .not that great.

Been Three Times, Good Food, Good Service. Swiss Chalet has improved since the 20 years-or-so I was at one last. This location so far has had great service (first visit was in late September) and tonight, we got served by the best waitress so far, Kim. I regularily have their veggie burger and sub extra cole slaw instead of the fries (seems silly to me to have fries on a healthy meal option).

Welcome Swiss Chalet. I can't understand all the negative results. We have always had hot food, good service and tasty food. We have had friendly staff, always offered something to drink when we are being seated and told the name of our server.

Good Food and Excellent Service at Swiss Chalet in Chilliwack. We had a family dinner at this new Swiss Chalet location in Chilliwack. I was apprehensive about what to expect after reading so many negative reviews here ! Imagine us being very pleasantly surprised by a warm welcome when we arrived at the restaurant, followed by very good food and excellent service ! Not only was the food prepared very well, but the chef went out of her way to make changes to three of our dishes to accommodate our preferences. The table was clean, the server was polite (but she would benefit from using a smile in additional to just being polite)The manager was walking around keeping an eye on how things were going. This was not at all what I had expected after reading so many negative comments on this forum. They have been open for at least a month now so perhaps all the initial difficulties have been smoothed out?

Came here with a family of six, for a Sunday lunch. They had just opened a few days earlier. It wasn't busy yet, maybe three more couples there. The food was excellent and service was very good. We are actually sitting down for dinner right now with 8 people and it is completely full here. We had to wait 30 mins, hopefully it is just as good :
