After waiting for 2 hours with no delivery and no one answering the phone, I had to go to the restaurant myself and wait in the cold for the food to be cooked. Despite being promised a full refund, I am still waiting for it a month later. Customer service also assured me the refund would be processed, but I have yet to receive it. They are not responding to any of the messages I have left. This level of service is unacceptable.
The staff at this restaurant seem to lack proper training and organization. Ordering over the phone can be confusing for them and they take unnecessarily long to process orders. It should only take ten minutes to process an order, but they claim it will take 30 minutes. It's a waste of time. Additionally, it's disappointing that Dominos doesn't accept cash, especially considering it is legal tender even during lockdown.
This experience was incredibly frustrating! I ordered a pizza for my family, and it took two hours to arrive. Dominos did not answer any of our numerous calls, and when the pizza finally arrived, it was ice cold. I was extremely disappointed.
Late, cold, inedible and they don’t seem to care. My pizzas were 25 minutes late, stone cold and like cardboard. I called and was told I couldn’t have been advised of late delivery as I ordered on line!!! Strange as they email and text me junk on an almost daily basis!?! The manager was disinterested offered me this and that with my next order I declined (as if I want to order from there again) and asked for the pizza collecting. I was told eventually to to the pizza and ‘ Enjoy’. This was before the phone was put down. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND I went to the local chip shop instead, hot, fresh and half the price. Don’t use this ‘restaurant’ there are far better pizza delivery options in the area.
Awful, awful, awful service. Not for the first time either. Ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery, website said 25-35 minutes. 1 hour 40 minutes and 4 phone calls later they finally admitted a mix-up and someone else had been given my pizzas. They offered to start re-making them. By that time my stress-free family Saturday night treat dinner was the most stressful imaginable. I had to cancel the order and sort out an alternative dinner in double quick time. Never again. “At Home Pizza” in GX is so much better for service, artisan pizzas and even price.
