Order through the ride thru, (the range was not open, although read differently on the site), 8 pieces chicken only. I have 2 wings, 2 legs and 2 thighs they were very slim, even 2 pieces I couldn't identify??? Was not 2 chests, Bonjangles do better!! Customers count!! Food is not free!
The restaurant was very busy this morning, but the team worked hard to pick up the orders. There was a problem with my drive-thru order, so I parked and went in. I don't remember their names, but the girl who led the register was very fast to treat the matter and make it right. And then the young lady who took care of the dining room was very helpful and friendly.
Ordered the dinner box. Got home and chicken was ****. So I called got the manager can't remember her name but she wear glasses. Night manager and she told me she would replace my order to pull up to window. I did and when she got there she said she only have 3 pieces of chicken left and she can't refund my order because she missed placed my receipt and couldn't confirm how much it was.shecame to the window and gave me 10 different color supreme 3 cold thighs and a bag of stale fries and a tea and said that my family could eat this and closed the window. Why couldn't I get a hot dinner for my family.is it that I was holding up the drive thru ? .....
I love dogs. But I do not love seeing employees in uniform, holding them at the back door before returning to the kitchen. Please address this, immediately. Otherwise, the staff members that take customer service seriously, easily stand out above the rest.
