Pizza Hut - China Grove

This is our second order from this place after visiting the Mooresville location, and I have to say, our experience has been wonderful. The customer service was exceptional and the staff were very polite! During our last order, they unfortunately ran out of the crust we had requested. I understand that things happen, and it was refreshing to see how they handled it with such professionalism. The lady called me right away to ask if we wanted a different crust and even offered a more expensive option at no extra charge. The pizzas are always hot, fresh, and delicious. I’m looking forward to ordering pizza from them again!

I had an incredible experience thanks to my server, Terri! Although the food from the bar wasn't the freshest or hottest, Terri truly stood out. Her vibrant personality and infectious smile made the wait much more enjoyable. I wanted to watch CNN, and she kindly changed the channel for me, making me feel right at home. She's definitely a huge asset to this establishment and a true gem for the community. I will definitely return just to see her! Great job, Terri!
