Contribuisci feedbackI usually never leave a review because everyone has a bad day from time to time and it's not easy dealing with the public. I hate to leave a negative one for a business in my home town, but this is a recurring theme.I was given the run around today from the attendant for ordering too much in the drive thru. She informed me that the drive thru isnt meant for large orders and I should have thought of the poor person behind me who just had a coffee and a donut. I was at the window for 6 minutes and ordered a box of donuts, 4 drinks, and 2 hashbrowns. Nothing I'd consider out of the ordinary. I've never seen a successful business model that operates on its employees telling customers to order less. The back of the building also has trash and cigarette butts everywhere, makeshift paper signs you can't read, and a menu board that is missing the majority of its signage.This is just an honest take. I care about the town and want the businesses in it to do well.
Where do I begin with disgusting woman in the back making coffee with no gloves on with a bandaid on her hand. Honey boo boo at the register coughing uncontrollably all over everything while eating and her gut hanging out talk about gross and unprofessional. They need to be shut
This place needs new management. They never have enough staff, food is always gross, and the wait time is unbelievable.
I ordered an energy cold brew ice coffee, over $6, which is cold brew coffee and a fresh brew espresso shot why was this lady saying they were trained to put fake Imitation espresso shot. If your going to change the way it is made should change the price to. This dunkin is nasty everytime.
Waited 40 minutes to pick up an order at the drive-thru. Went inside and asked if it was possible to get the food inside because I was already there. Person said, “you gotta go to the drive-thru.” Got to the drive-thru and was told “we don’t have any hot food and I am the only one working here. But will get your refund.” Got to the window and we asked the person, “How do we get our refund?” She said, “You do it on your app. They don’t question it.” We asked, “Can you show us how to do it because we never had to do it before?”Person said, “I don’t know, we are not trained on the app. Have a good day!” and closed the window.Whoever owns this place, please do better!
