To make matters worse, the crepe cake we received was completely frozen. There was only one person working in the front and another in the back who never stepped out to assist. We won’t be returning. Overall, I would rate the food 1/5."
This place has a touch of magic in the air. I wish there were more to enjoy, but we understand the reasons behind it. The food and lattes were delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy! Food: 5/5
I recently visited a restaurant with friends and tried a few items on their menu: the Garlic Pesto Chicken Panini, Ham and Cheese Bagelwich, Platform Butterscotch Latte, Red Velvet Latte, and Potion Latte. The sandwiches were just average—simple and pretty basic, almost like something we could have made at home. Unfortunately, they didn't stand out in any way. I had high hopes for the lattes, especially after seeing impressive reviews with beautiful latte art, but I was a bit let down; they weren’t what I had expected. On the bright side, we loved the atmosphere—it was creative and fun, and the staff were very friendly. All in all, while it wasn't a standout experience, we did enjoy our time there.
Big Harry Potter fan so I couldn't pass up the opportunity to stop by. Decent selection of drinks with coffee, tea, slushy, and pastries. Sadly didn't see any pastries when I went. I ordered the passion fruit green tea, one of my usual boba orders, however this was the most bitter tea I have ever had. Went home and had to add sugar to salvage it. Not sure if this is the standard or if it was just an off day. The ambiance is so cute and love the Harry Potter decor so might give it another chance but we'll see.
Give me all things butterbeer flavored lol. I've only tried their platform butterscotch milk tea which was non dairy and had boba. I originally asked with oat milk, but they emphasized the non dairy in the milk tea. So I gave it a shot, and I was fine given my usual lactose intol self. It was so delish! Just like butterbeer! And it only cost around $5 something. Not bad for a large drink! The decor is really cute inside too! The wait though, is a bit long, kind of backed up when I went. But prob waited 15 mins tops for my drink? It was kind of busy in the afternoon on a Thursday. I'm also a big HP fan and had been wanting to check this out for awhile now! It did not disappoint!
