Scooter's Coffee - Chino Valley

The manager was SO rude and when i asked him too remake the drink. And had the audacity to ask for a tip. Disugusting place, i really feel like everyone just needs to be replaced because this work environment is trash.

This place has some of the worst drinks i’ve ever tasted. There service sucks and i’ve never genuinely had a good experience here. The manager is always rude and smells like he doesn’t believe in showers or deodorant. I also heard a rumor that the manager likes to make all of his uncomfortable and not want to be at work. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

There was this blonde girl who had long hair, and it seemed wavy. And as someone who used work in fast food, i know that this is wildly inappropriate and a health hazard. I just hope whoever is responsible has the correct action taken against them.

There is a lack of cleanliness in the store, with burnt old food being stuck on newly cooked food, no hand washing during work, and a very hostile work environment. There were several instances of me being touched without consent by a coworker and complete ignorance by the manager. There was mold in the back fridges, and a lack of communication between workers. There was also several instances of a coworker I had screaming over drinks they had gotten wrong. Would absolutely not recommend going here.

I came by earlier today to see my sister at work and there was about 5 other baristas. One of the baristas was obviously not having a good day and was taking their anger out on everybody else and I saw about 5 eye rolls the 10 minutes I was at the walk up window. This person was treating their coworkers very poorly. This behavior should not be acceptable in this work environment. Was not pleasant being there.
