Contribuisci feedbackThey 'll take at least 25 minutes to bring you your order no matter what you get and how few people there are and you 're lucky if they make it correctly. I ordered 2 drinks a couple of months ago and waited for them for over 40 minutes while watching person after person come and go. Finally pressed the button and they still took another almost 10 minutes to bring them out.our. I don 't understand why sonic CORPORATE doesn 't get involved with all of these 1 star reviews, and instead strongly encourages people to get in touch with the franchise owner when clearly they do not care. As someone who worked in fast food and understands how hard it can be, give them better training, or get better employees.
We got there at the noon rush hour. Seems everyone but one person called in sick. The lady that took our order, a large one, was taking orders, cooking and waiting the window. My daughter and I were impressed. Not only did she do everything but got the order 100% correct. We haven't had a 100% correct order at any fast do d here in Chino Valley, Az. Since the pandemic started. That lady should have gotten triple pay for that day. to the 3 that called in (sick) shame on you. Seems strange it was Friday of a 3 day weekend.
Don 't mind long waits for cooking time needed. But I can never order without getting something wrong (am a bit picky with wanting no mayo or cheese or pickles , I can atleast forgive those mistakes since they always get many customers at once during lunch hour, but it happens each time even if I try to simplify the order again can forgive but they don 't learn from mistakes or seem to recheck if the order receipt was done correctly. (This was past events pretty sure staff changes every so often, but as noted in the next half that doesn 't even matter at this point. The worst offender happened this week, which finally was my last straw and opted this review, when I had to repeat my order atleast 4 times because the intercoms drive thru employee seemed to get way to confused beyond belief that even the people in the car with me sighed in disbelief. That wasn 't even the worst part. It seems that the quality of the food has suddenly gone way below standards(it 's drive thru food i get it if it just isn 't the best tasting like home meals unfortunately that wasn 't the case since once we opened the food both the burgers ordered were burnt and cooked in just the weirdest manner that even the hamburger buns had obvious black burn marks like if it had been run-over with tires. Tasted so bad that even my family member who was the one that loved this place 's burgers didn 't want to finish eating it even if they skipped breakfast and were hungry and had to head back to work. Sonic needs better staff training which seems to be main issue. Enjoy their food in other locations, but this place unfortunately isn 't one of them. (I hate writing negative reviews. But when I do write them it is to be honest about issues noted by other customers and wanting to see some sort of change to become better especially for the sake of the Chino community that does like Sonic but deserves more quality control.
No one answered the drive thru so I drove around and waited again, still no one answered. So then I drove up to the drive thru window and waited another 5 minutes before anyone came up to me. Then the girl finally took my order. Before she charged me I asked her to read my order back, and to no surprise, it was wrong. I corrected her, she said ok, and then took my card. The receipt she handed to me was still wrong, but at that point I guess I just didn?t care enough anymore. And to no surprise I received the wrong order. I had been waiting at the store for 30 minutes and just didn?t care anymore so I took what I got and left. Considering all the other reviews it doesn?t look I was just the odd man out. I used to work at this exact sonic and we ran a pretty tight ship. I can?t believe it?s gotten this out of hand now.
S L O W!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOOD IS COLD AND DISAPPOINTING. Food sat on counter until other people's orders filled the try for the car hop so they didn't have to make more than one trip outside. 20 minutes for 3 burgers and a motz sticks. 3 other people at the place. Got hung up on 2 times before they answered the phone. Car hop told me there was ketchup in the bag....there was no ketchup in the bag when I was 5 miles down the road in a truck with trailer. NEVER spending my money here again!!!
