Starbucks - Chino Valley

Deedee is an incredible barista! The drinks are always perfect, and the customer service is fantastic. I also enjoy catching MJ and Cheyenne in the mornings; they're just as great!

The friendly staff at the Starbucks inside Willow Creek Fry's is truly delightful! I always make an effort to chat with them whenever I visit. The lattes are consistently made to perfection.

I really love this little Starbucks located inside Safeway. The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. My daughter, who is 19 and tends to be indecisive, kept changing her mind about what she wanted. The barista behind the counter was incredibly patient and didn’t show any signs of irritation at all! I will definitely be coming back. Just a heads up—it's busier than usual between 8 and 10 AM.

If they were giving me the coffee for free, I might be able to overlook a mistake, but when I’m paying over $6 for a drink with no food, I expect it to be accurate. I understand that some people enjoy foam on their coffee, but it’s not for me. Why should I pay for something that’s essentially just air? I want a full cup of coffee, not one filled with inches of foam. It feels wasteful. I’ve heard that baristas undergo two months of training at Starbucks, but the woman at the window seemed completely clueless. Even her colleague was rolling her eyes at her. I didn’t want to wait for her to figure it out; if I’m ordering something, I expect it to be done right the first time. As for the coffee itself, it’s decent, although sometimes it has a burnt taste. Overall, my experience here was disappointing.

They are consistently friendly and manage themselves very professionally.
