Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chino

Very bad experience, it is very expensive and the food is excessively salty and the guys who work there have no experience at all.

Chipotle is overpriced. C’mon shrinkflation!I paid $26 for a burrito and a salad— no chips or drinks. These small portions are laughable and nothing is ever done right. They’re always forgetting something or are out of something.Support your local businesses instead.

Horrible service, the boy, I almost had no meat and he didn't care about the walled pot, he was giving it to me and the lettuce was very dark...............

This location is always disappointing. I pay so much for extra meat and they still never seem to give me the extra when ordering online or in person. They always forget items and the service is always lacking. Seems like it’s a bunch of young people that couldn’t care less about helping people out. The guy got an attitude last time when I asked him to give me my full scoop of chicken and rice like they’re supposed to. It’s too expensive for the lack of service and the small portion sizes they give now.

Made eye contact multiple times with several employees AND THE MANAGER while I waited to pick up my order that was just sitting on their counter. They weren 't busy, just collectively chose to ignore me while they chatted with one another. When I got home I found that my kids quesadilla was just 2 empty, cold tortillas. And my extra lettuce bowl didn 't have much lettuce. All food was cold despite me arriving earlier than the scheduled time to pick up. Very disappointed. I 've been to this location so many times and have never had an experience this terrible.
