Contribuisci feedbackI ordered three pizzas, but they mistakenly gave me the wrong crust. After being on hold for over 30 minutes, I decided to drive to the store. When I arrived, I showed the young employee my pizza and asked her what type of crust it was. She told me it was thin crust, but I had ordered hand-tossed. When I pointed this out, she insisted it was hand-tossed. Even a young boy who was making the pizzas said it was thin crust. The worst part is that they kept me on hold for so long because they knew I was going to complain. This isn't the first time they've made a mistake, but it will definitely be the last time I order from Domino's.
The service was quick, but unfortunately, we received the wrong pizza. Instead of the all-vegetable pizza we ordered, we got one with sausage. We ended up taking it back to exchange it, which made the other pizzas cold. What started as piping hot pizza turned into a meal with cold slices. The order was a bit messed up through the app. However, overall, the pizza was delicious!
Placing an online order can be a bit cumbersome, but that's only because there are numerous options to ensure your order is accurate. Everything was completed promptly, and the tracker allows you to see your order's status in real time. The delivery driver, James, was very professional and polite. In the over seven years I've lived in this area, I haven't had a single bad experience at this location.
I wish I could rate lower. Every time i call and for the wait time before I even waste my time and it?s always 2-3 HOURS wait time and with curbside pickup it?s still 2 hours which is insane. Not only that but when you call to make an order the staff isreally rude and when you say thank you bye they ignore you and just hang up. Pay them more or something this is ridiculous Iused to order all the time no problem some time last year things changed and the delivery time increased.
This is not intentionally meant for the crew. This is for domino's as a company and management or online system. We haven't been able to order domino's for 2 fricken months !!!!! Because they have no delivery drivers. So our order stays under prepping forhours. DOMINOS STOP ALLOWING ONLINE ORDERS if ur stores are understaffed. Very very very frustrating to order and wait for foodand then mess up family night and timeliness because food never even gets started so we cancel each time over an hour later withno communication. Thanks
