Where I get my morning donuts and $6 sandwiches for lunch. Excellent price and serving. Also drink ice and bob. Boba is perfect, soft on the outside, chew inside.

This is a great place for a quick donut and breakfast sandwich. we need to help our community business shop owners. orte like these will disappear and then they have to pay for processed foods to high trips, instead of home cooked quality food to reasonable trips?!

The best boba place in the city!!! Friendly workers, donuts are better then Winchells can you get a dozen after 7:00 for 5.99?? Knowing that they make fresh donuts daily is unpaid. Oh, and the Jalapeño Croissant is butter, tasty goodness.

All my girl wanted was fresh Donuts and Pam's was perfect!! The donuts were so soft inside and had the fresh taste. The fruity pebbles has this perfect texture and I liked it more than the larger sizes. Every single donut was delicious!! Thank you!
