I went there with my 3, under 10 year old, grandkids and total for us 4 was $36. That was outrages....they got the small kids' sandwich and I got a small sandwich. WOW I could not believe the price. I will never go to a Subway again. When I questionedthe male supervisor he didn't really care. He just said that's the prices.
Bought 3 veggie footlong to go. They didn?t give any napkins. It might be overlooked i hope. Now a days you have to check if you got it, they want you to ask for everything. Looks like these big corporations are trying to save to boost their profits. It?ssuch a inconvenience to customers. Those days were gone I guess when they were thinking about customer service. This is verycommon everywhere now a days.
First time I went there it was excellent, I ordered a black forest ham protein bowl, they put 10 slices of ham, second time 6, third time 5. In my last visit while ordering I was asked to move forward so they could attend other customers behind me I movedas asked and when I told them I needed another order one of the employees said to me next time say everything you need so wedont have to go back I've been to a few other sub places and I am always asked if I need anything else, it didnt happen hereand I mentioned it to the employee I wasnt asked anything before being asked to move forward, she was like hum hum ok but nexttime order everything together. Definitely they need to be better trained in how to prepare orders and how to serve eachcustomer.
It's been a while since we'd been here, but since my son's fundraiser includes this place, we decided to go there tonight. I like the new menu options, and maybe we'll return in the future.
