A very nice experience in Saumur. We were first welcomed at the end of service. And we went back in the evening. The service is really kind and very professional. The kitchen is of a very good level with some pepits (the beef paleron). Rather local wines are excellent. Different and varied atmospheres between midday and evening with a successful and really comfortable medieval setting. In short, I strongly recommend. Our best experience in Saumur.

Superb sunny terrace on Saturday morning, market day to take a drink.(I imagine the other days as well on!!! .The waitress is dynamic and pleasant .No time to blow . Bravo .
