A warm welcome from the arrival or we are offered either the outside evening of the interior. Our meal chooses to bring soft mouths then comes the entrance. I took the tuna tartare, a disposable killing: the perfectly seasoned tartare and the Korean soft egg a very good surprise. The dish: The veal rice and its vegetables plus the sauce... a reduction that puts the buds of full taste so succulent. The quality is at the rendezvous, the finesse too. However, some vegetables in the veal dish would be appreciable. With all this sugar already eaten in dry fruit, I had trouble finishing dessert...
