3 hours waiting, still no pizza, despite reminders! 22h they close and no longer respond, but eat a pie. To escape absolutely!

We're a group of scouts. We wanted to order 23 pizzas, what we did. Pizzas arrived two and a half hours later. they arrived with 1 pizzas in less, cold and 4 pizzas were not the good. In addition, they were frankly not good. After that, they offered us 2 pizzas but we had to pay the delivery 10 euros while the delivery was advertised as free! the next day we decided to go and get our 10 euros. the pizzeria’s boss quickly got mad and didn’t get us out of his pizzeria with a dough roll in order to hit us with. we ran to avoid it.
