Waited 10 minutes to get to the order window (two cars in front of me) which was fine. Got to the window and was greeted with I 'll be right back with you. 10 minutes later no one had returned despite me shyly asking hello? 20 minutes and couldn 't get an order placed

Love this store! So many friendly staff and quick service. The brisket bbq mac cheese is my favorite!

I understand people make mistakes but this will be the last time I come to this one! Strike 3 I'm done. Charged me for a second bag of chips that I didn't want and then paid for a pickle that I didn't get. No napkins! The last time I went there no one took my order at the window. The time before gave me the wrong soup. Lost my business!

The crew at this store was amazing! Wonderfully patient with me when I needed a few moments to choose between a few favorite items. They helped recommend a sandwich that would fit more to my preferences. Vegetarian options: The veggie sandwich available has a good amount of veggies and a great option for me as I sometimes just want something more healthy. Dietary restrictions: The crew was amazing at letting me know what all is on the sandwich just in case I did not prefer anything on the sandwich and also was very helpful with any gluten free preferences for the family. Kid-friendliness: They welcome kids with the kid meals and always make sure they feel included as a customer when I bring my niece.

Turkey Sandwich and Broccoli cheese soup was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. 1st time here , working out of Houston for the week.
