River Inn - Chippewa Falls

The wings are good! But they do not season them. They do offer a seasoning on the table which is good but next time I'm going to sneak in my own. The owners daughter was working all the positions. From waitress to cook to bartender. She was awesome and the food was too. Much respect.

This is not our first time here, however, the service this evening was below sub par. We had to actually stop the 1 waitress to even get a menu, much less a drink. I am always on the hunt for some tasty chicken wings and found the best spot for it. River Inn Bar, which is just outside Chippewa Falls, has thee BEST all-you-can-eat jumbo broasted chicken wings. Went by this place many times but never stopped. But tonight that all changed. Stopped on a whim had bacon cheeseburgers and chicken wings. Known for their large wings (which they are indeed huge) I decided to try the shrimp and fish duo even though it wasn't Friday. For the price, I received a lot more food than I had planned! Roughly 10 breaded shrimp, 2 pieces of fish on a bed of fries, a cup of coleslaw AND a slice of buttered toast!! All delicious ? Very friendly service in a slightly country atmosphere.
