Ferme Auberge Les Champs D'aubignas

A group of us went for lunch here while holidaying in the area. Was recommend by a friend who lives locally. The drive to get there is on a very narrow road that weaves up the mountain but once you arrive the views are spectacular. We sat outside of the restaurant on the terrace which has great views perfect location for lunch. The menu was a set 3 courses at the cost of €20 per head plus drinks They serve locally made beers and wines from the region and the food was beautiful. Could not fault the service although none of us spoke fluent French the staff went out of there way to help, in fact one of our party wanted to know what something was on the menu and although he did not know the English translation he went to the kitchen and bought out what is was. Location, food and service was sensational and would absolutely recommend if you are in this part of the world to take the time and visit.

We came to Mars with our joyful band of lights.... Simply perfect!!! Raspberry frame with beautiful hikes to be made, home worthy of a king, and what about tavern? Unbelievable!!! A dream in the middle of Ardèche!!!
