Not our first time here but perhaps it will be the last. Our dinner was served late, and we only got to our main course (the 4th dish out of a 5 dish meal) one and a half hours after ordering. None of the dishes were superbly delicious. The fish dishes smelled, and my partner couldn't finish her main duck dish because that smelled too. They didn't put the fuzzy mineral water bottle we order in a bucket of ice. Our bill was around JPY60,000 which I think is too much for the experience. The staff was polite: They did try to make up for the uneaten main dish by presenting us with some extra chocolates during dessert. But that's not enough to save the day. I give 1 star for the view that you get from the top of the hotel, and another star for the effort of the staff.
Gorgeous views of Hibiya Park and city. Definitely an upscale place, so might feel out of place if you aren't dressed to the nines. The lighting was a bit too Miami Vice for me, but was suitably impressive and upscale. Friendly female bartenders (2) on duty when I went around 5pm.
