Just go up to the second floor. Only one receptionist spoke fluent English, but communication isn't too bad if it's not a complicated request. The accommodations are basic and nice. Walking distance from the Akihabara train station and from Akihabara's main attractions. I would definitely use again.
Me and a buddy were staying here rooms are small but we're big dudes and we're very comfortable. Great Location, amenities ,and great Italian restaurant on the 2nd floor where the lobby is.
Great location. The rooms are on the snug side, but the hotel comes with plenty of free amenities, efficient service and it's very well kept and clean. Rooms: compact but well put together. Plenty of chargers (standard USB), good hair dryer and good internet Location: 5 minutes from Akihabara station Service: free drip coffee bags (super cool), toothbrushes and everything you can possibly need. Check in was an absolute breeze.
Enjoyed our stay here very much, breakfast could be better as it's very cramped in the cantina
Amazing location. You can quickly walk to multiple train stations and the center of Akihabara in no time. From here you can take a train to get virtually anywhere in the city in less than 40 minutes. This hotel is a pretty standard Japanese hotel. The room isn't much bigger than the bed and a chair, so if you have multiple large bags you will be playing tetris to find space to open them. The bed is great. This hotel offers a pretty massive selection of like complimentwry toiletry items for free- toothbrush, toothpaste, bath bombs, brush, shaving stuff, etc... which is standard, but I did feel Resol had a better selection. Definitely stay here if you can and you want to be near Akihabara. There is also a Shrine next door to that has a cat :
