La Touchetière - Cholet

Very good and refined. I took the menu at 32€. foie gras, cannette, agrume. Really delicious. only flat the frame deserves a renovation.

A well-presented meal and service was impeccable. The menu tradition is more than correct and, I find, corresponds well to its price. Inside, the foie gras with the strawberry touch is excellent. The red tuna is of the same acabit and the accompaniment of small vegetables is noted in taste. The dessert was a slaughter: cherry and chocolate mixture on a crisp pan. The dishes are not necessarily very copied but we go out with the feeling of having eaten well. For all this, I put 5 stars!

The frame is classic but you come especially to eat well and it is very successful. The dishes are delicious and for the most part prepared in front of you, the service is fast and very professional. Everything was perfect.

After I read some of the opinions, I was afraid the room would be old. I don't. It is clearly not old, but classic and sober...I would say same class!the card is good, several menus with a limited but sufficient choice. we see that the boss favors a map with quality products. We left on the traditional menu, entered dessert dish, and we enjoyed it! the foie gras was divine, all our dishes were of great quality and very well prepared. The wine list is very complete, with affordable wines. My partner could have a glass of quarter-shorts at an affordable rate ( 7.5th). Alone, small flat there is no card without a rate, it's a little domage when you offer the restaurant to those close. We'll go back with great pleasure!
