Fisherman's Wharf - Christchurch

We were in the mood for seafood and had a wonderful experience here. The restaurant is located right by the harbor, just where you’d expect a fish restaurant to be. From the fresh Bluff oysters to the surf and turf, my meat was cooked to perfection. The dessert was also delightful. The staff was very polite and charming. We have no reservations about returning, and we look forward to our next visit!

We ordered the seafood platter, along with two other dishes (both labeled "Fischers" – one a hot plate and the other a basket of fried seafood). The seafood chowder was my favorite; I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of mussels and fish pieces in the soup, which had a strong, delicious seafood flavor. The other two dishes were also great, but I preferred the chowder. **Value Rating:** 4/5 The prices were quite reasonable, though it could get a bit pricey depending on what you order. **Other:** There is ample parking available for customers.

Large small bistro to enjoy both the landscape at the sea and the whole fish festival, the place got a great ambiente, friendly staff and amazing eating. all that we have ordered, tasted absolutely fresh, chowder was rich, creamy and perfectly seasoned, Papua dumpling was kreatiw and also perfectly cooked, broken fish was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, going great with her wetar and the teig is not too oily or superpowerful, Sizzling cellar is the highlight the whole was also reasonable, absolutely love this place and will be back.

The best seafood place in christchurch. I love the seafood cahowder (entrée size) before I have my main meal. (ribeye steak) we also get the seafood plate that has delicious sciampi, scallops, green lipsticks and fresh oysters when they are in season. very recommended for the seafood lover.

The seafood is incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. The views of the harbor are breathtaking. I highly recommend making a reservation.
